They say you are what you eat (and drink). Well, I like pickles and Bloody Marys, beef tongue and bone marrow, squash blossoms and truffles, sour beer and Madeira, chicken liver and...well, any liver really. During this 24 year long food and beverage love affair I've tasted the good, the best, the bad and the unusual, but I'm not done yet. In fact, I'm just getting started!
